Marcos' power is TRUTH INDUCEMENT. His ability is often passive, meaning he isn't using it on purpose. It's basically opt-in and up to you to use or ignore.
HOW IT WORKS:
Your character might feel inclined to be more open/honest when talking to him, which can translate to oversharing, feeling a quick connection/trust, or just being blunt. It will be a tangible urge that they can acknowledge and shut down if they're paying attention. He can't force them to answer questions and he can't tell if they're withholding something. Think of it as a 'therapy couch' effect — the ability sets the stage to make them feel safe and open, but they don't have to take advantage of it.
HOW TO USE IT:
To use it in a thread, you can assume it's accidentally triggered anytime he's asking your character questions or expressing curiosity/interest without outright asking. You don't need to ask permission to do this, you can just have your character feel the effects and I'll follow your lead.
PERMISSIONS:
The default setting is opt-in or "accidental" use. If Marcos is using the ability intentionally, I'll always discuss it with you first and get permission unless you comment here and give me permission to use it whenever (even if you do, you can still have your character resist the effects).
MISC:
He'll tend towards wearing thicker clothes or layers to disguise the blue glow, but since PCs probably know what to look for, they can still catch a hint of it when his ability is active.
